This issue features research articles covering the fields of information technology, educational technology, civil engineering, and geomatics. The contributions in this issue discuss various topics, including the implementation of a WhatsApp-based canteen menu chatbot using TF–IDF and cosine similarity, the development of an Android facial-biometric attendance system for resource-constrained schools, the effect of compaction methods on the compressive strength and porosity of concrete, as well as the influence of geometric configuration and reference-point distance on resection accuracy in surveying calculations.
